Factory Reset Question

Hi there,

I just purchased a new Galaxy Tab 3 and would like to reset my old Tab 10.1 so that I can give it to my sister. My question is The tablet originally came with the Honeycomb version. It has since been upgraded to 4.0.4. My question is, if I do the factory restore does it revert to the original OS or does it wipe it clean but keep the OS?

It will go to the last updated OS, i.e. 4.0.4

Thanks. I am just glad that when I turned on my new tablet this morning it automatically downloaded and installed all the apps that I have on my old tablet as well as phone. So much better than having to go through each app by app and install it.
