If I do a factory reset and the phone's IMEI is not the original phone's ID will it roll back to the original ID or it'll stay with current ID?

A quick Google search and it looks like it won't roll back and it might leave you with an broken device not 100% positive. But I would hold off on that factory reset until someone else can chime in

It shouldn't hurt you at all as long as the imie# is different in the system and properly in the net work it shouldn't revert back
