Factory reset.

Hello everyone, I know this might be a stupid simple question, but I'm not sure how to do it so I come here asking. How can I reset my tablet if my screen is cracked and unresponsive? I appreciate any info.

Well...nice one! As to factory resetting it...

Hold down the Power button until the tablet force shutdowns. From there, hold down the Volume Down and Power button until you see this in the middle of your screen:

Use the Volume Down button to navigate to the Android symbol that says "WIPE DATA". Use the Volume Up button to select and done. You should see your tablet erasing and factory resetting.

Just to put my mind at ease: If it is stolen, I just helped out a crook. I am not a crook!

I'm just making a precaution, haha, I've helped out several thieves on other forums, so its nothing personal at all. But happy to help you.
