I'll be honest, it wasn't working all that great for me at first and I was starting to regret trading in my S9+, but a couple days with the phone and it now works nearly every time. I am using the stock screen protector too, at least until it starts looking a little scrappy and then I'll install the Whitestone Dome I already bought.

I got fed up and took the screen protector off and re-registered my 4 prints. Big improvement for me.

@EricMartinSoCal Yes factory plastic still installed. Works as intended. You must be doing something wrong.
