Faild to boot 2 after a rom flash

I have the motorolla photon and i just rooted it. Now im trying to flash a rom from roma manager. The phone resets and says failed to boot 2 starting in rdm in which it stays till i pull out the battery. It boots fine after words but no rom. Help.
