Okay. I need help. I recently removed my Google account from my Samsung Galaxy S3 AT&T SGH-1747, and when I tried to re-add it, I keep getting an error screen saying "Can't establish a reliable connection to server." Is there any way to solve this?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you on wi-fi or 3G/4G? If you're on wi-fi, it could be a server issue. If you're on 3G/4g, it might be a network issue. Try again later.

I have tried both WiFi and my 4g LTE. Neither of them work, and I have tried a different WiFi connection from a different house. My friend with this same phone can connect fine on his 4g and the WiFi. Any help?

Hmm, I'm close to stumped. Have you tried a factory data reset? Of course, you'll lose all data, so back things up first.

I just finished backing up everything on to Titanium Backup. Should I factorely reset and then restore from that?

I don't have any experience with Titanium, but that sounds like a reasonable plan. I suggest logging into your Google account before you do the restore, in case there's something with your current configuration that is causing issues. The phone should prompt you for your Google account as the first thing it does after after the factory reset anyway.
