Failed Software Update

I get a get an error message when I try to install the latest tmobile update, on my Note 5. I have factory reset the devise and wiped the cache. I have network connection issues that I feel are the direct result of the failed update. Anyone know a fix?
 
You need to get it to the nearest Samsung Store, They will guide you in a better way.
 
You could try with Smart Switch, hopefully your computer doesn't also have connection issues?
 
My computer doesn't have connection issues. The issues I have with my phone are not due to an unstable connection. I get over 80Mbps with my 4G LTE connection. The issue is intermittent and it's something with the phone. I have never had connection issues with any other phone on the tmobile network.
