failing to download apps from play store error message (400)

[AC Question]

just two days ago i downloaded two apps on my Huawei Tablet using the play store but now there's an error message 400 that pops up and won't let me download anything. Also my opera mini won't download any files because it says there's insufficient storage space yet i had to reset to factory settings and recently downloaded the opera mini. I'm clueless as to what's going on and the simplest lay man solution would be greatly appreciated.
