Fall detections

Hard Fall Detection is on my Sister's Galaxy Watch 5 & my Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. That's the only 2 models I can check.
😀
I have never actually tested the feature, however.

I got really excited watching the Air Force football game, threw my fists above my head In a victory pump & gave a big clap. My watch stated to vibrate & began a countdown to call 911.
😳

Hard Fall Detection is definitely working & then some. I only had 10 seconds to cancel. I have a Caseology Vault on my Watch 6 Classic & accessing the edges on the watch can be tricky. I did get it canceled in time.

The function has the option to change to a custom number. I'll either turn the option off or change the number to my Husband's number. (If he saw the call was from me, however, would he answer?)

🤔🤣🤣

Yeah I left the hard fall off on my watch because I wasn't sure how sensitive it was. I can see it being used kind of like a monitor for seniors, but I'm not sure for about the average person. Probably too much risk of triggering 911, if setup for that number, when not actually needed.
