Family sharing play store account

I know several iOS people who share a single itunes account with their family/SO. I have a pretty large purchased app, music and movie library that I would like to share with my girlfriend. Is there anyway to do this without completely screwing up my account, or having her get all my emails etc. Does Google allow this or am I risking my account? I don't want her to be able to accidentally make purchases with my cc or anything like that or do any automatic google android sign-in or have all her devices show up on my dashboard and that kind of stuff basically just access the play store content I have already purchased.

Google accounts are currently a 1:1 scenario, so any user with access to any part of it has access to all of it.

Oh ok. I suppose it makes more sense for Google to do that.
