Fascinate update with Innopath activecare

Ok I finally took the leap and upgraded to a Fascinate over the weekend. While I was in the store and the phone was getting initialized the software update prompt popped up. I hit "later" or whatever the selection was so I could finish up and be on my way. Now, going into the "System Updates" option shows me that the software update is status "user cancelled". I tried to use "check new" but that didn't do anything... Am I reading this wrong or did the phone give me one chance to update and now it won't let me?

When you go in to check for updates, make sure your wi-fi is off, then try it again.

I read that it had to be done OTA, so wi-fi was turned on but i disconnected from the AP... I turned it off totally and let it run through the "check new" and it finally popped the update window back up. Thanks for the tip!
