Fast charge and loudspeaker stop working

So some weeks ago i dropped my phone a couple of times,loudspeaker and fast charge stopped working,then some days earlier they started working again, and just a couple minutes ago my phone dropped again for like 40centimeters and now they dont work again.
Any insight as to what causes them to stop working/working?

Probably the drop moved something internal the only way to know for sure have a repair shop look at it.

I just opened my case to check if anything is removed,although i cant access the micro parts,everything else seemed,my guess is that something did remove so i will get it to a repair shop.Last time i went though they said the battery needed to be removed entirely and that i should buy a new one,but the cost was too high,and now it fixed itself.
