Stay away from VZW accessories. I have seen so many fail yet a cheaper brand name one from Amazon has been perfect for years.

I'd stay away from Verizon and OEM accessories simply because of the prices they charge. It's just not worth it compared to the alternatives available. Now if your OEM charger broke during the warranty period, then by all means try to claim on that instead of buying one.

I left my Samsung charger in a hotel on a business trip, so I bought the Aukey QC3.0 charger. It's a bit bulkier than the OEM charger, but works well and charges fast. It's also QC3.0 enabled, so will be able to use with future device that may have a more modern QC protocol.
