I don't use the Facebook or Messenger apps. Also, I don't use the e-mail apps as well. These apps run constantly in the background and kill your battery. As an alternative, I recommend using Folio or Metal instead of Facebook. It also has a built in messaging app for Facebook, though you lose some features. Also, install Greenify and hibernate apps you don't really use often.

How many email accounts do you guys have syncing in the background? I wasn't thinking about email killing my battery. I have 3 Gmail and 4 others. I'm going to mess with those and see if that helps
