Fast Charging

I know this has fast charging out of the box, but like my S10+and my Note 9 both said fast charging on the screen as it charges but the XL does not. Does that mean its fast charging but does display it? If not does it need to be implemented?

That's odd, because my XL does show fast charging while sleeping.

Do you have Always On turned on under the Lock Screen Display screen?

Charging mine right now and it says "Charging Rapidly" on the lock screen.

I've had to adjust other cables that I use sometimes to ensure a tight fit, otherwise it might say "Charging slowly".

I'm using the same charger that came with my S10+ which also was fast charging. Then I just switched and used the charger than came with my phone and now it says "charging rapidly".

Google uses USB PD for fast charging. The stock charger is18w PD charger. Samsung, AFAIK, still uses old Quick charge protocol. So, it's chargers will not be able to fast charging pixels
