Fast wireless charging not working

As the title says, my wife's S7 Edge wireless charging works just fine but for some reason the FAST wireless charging does not.
I have tried different fast wireless chargers, I have taken off the Otterbox protector thinking it could be that , I have set it to accept fast wireless charging in settings to no avail. Fast wireless charging works just fine on my device.
Any advice please?

Are you SURE they are FAST wireless chargers? Very few actually work with Samsung besides Samsung's own fast wireless charger

My fast wireless charger also requires a qc 2.0 power adapter for it to work properly.

Thanks for your input....I am using SENEO fast wireless charger QI charger. When I place my phone on it, it states is fast wireless charging my phone, when I place hers it just says is charging wireless lyrics just not fast....

You are correct, one of the chargers is a regular wireless charger the other is a fast wireless charger

I didn't want to buy the Samsung brand due to its high price but I guess I will have to get one of those and try again

I have the Samsung wireless charging stand. Expensive but it works each and every time.

I have 2 Samsung Fast chargers(flat one and one the stand type) and they worked great the first couple months but now most times I have to unplug then replug either to get them to work??? Its almost like they need to be rebooted?
I was hoping this was the issue the OP was posting about...
PS: I tried swapping plugs, cables, rebooting the phone ect but the only thing that works is unplugging the cable from the charger and replugging it in then it works for the next hour or so but after a while when I put my GS7 Edge on the charger it won't charge unless I unplug the cable from the charger and replug it in?? It is as if the chargers goes into sleep mode and won't wake up unless I unplug/reboot it??

I too have the Seneo fast qi charging. I'm getting fast wireless charging and using the Samsung quick charge adapter that came with my phone.

I'm also using 2 of them. One at home and one at my office. I have a Tron smart qc 2.0 plug for my office one. Both work just fine for fast wireless charging.

There is a setting to allow fast charging under battery in settings. I think there's a setting for wired and one for wireless.

That setting shows up once the phone is placed on a wireless charger and it automatically is in the on position so that should not be the problem here.

I just recently started having this same problem with mine! It's the Samsung stand up fast charger. It worked great for awhile now I have to unplug it and plug it back in. Did you find a solution?

I replaced it with Spigen's stand charger, it isn't a fast charger but it works every single time rightside up, upside down or lying on either side.
Having two Samsung Fast chargers and neither lasting but a few months I wasn't about to buy another Samsung charger, used to be the premium accessories for a phone was from the original phone manufacturer but I guess no more...

That did the trick. Somehow that setting got switched off. You have to take the phone off the charger to make the switch, but once you do, it works great for both my Samsung Fast Wireless Charger and my cheap Yootech fast wireless charger. This is great, I was starting to think that I'd been duped.

I don't think it's hilarious, and yes it looks like a safety feature to prevent overheating. On where I live in, the heat index ranges from approximately 96 to 113 degrees F. I noticed that when I put my Galaxy S7 on my Samsung Wireless Fast Charging Stand, the charging won't continue to 90% esp. on the afternoon. Upon checking using AccuBattery and GSam, the phone's temperature is about 100 degrees F. But if I charge my phone on my wireless charger in the evening, when I wake up in the morning, it's fully charged.
