Fastboot mode

How do I reboot into fastboot mode on the DNA? Coming from Samsung GNex and seems to be different method

Plug USB into Comp & Phone (ensure you have drivers, install htc sync).. with phone powered off, hold Volume button DOWN and while holding down Power on.. Keep Volume down till screen appears..
Had to Edit: Ensure you have USB debug enabled in the Dev Options
