My first Android phone and I couldn't be happier coming from iOS. But.....
I have a Galaxy S4 and have set up several contacts in my favorites list. For some reason, most of the favorites keep disappearing after a period of time. It doesn't happen right away and there is no specific time frame when it occurs. Not all of them disappear and the same contacts don't always disappear each time, it seems to be random. Also, after the favorites disappear the remaining contacts pictures appear small and pixelated compared to when I assigned the photo. When that person calls the photo appears almost like a thumbnail image on screen.
Anyone with any advice?
