FBM chat heads and general notifications

Hey everyone,

I can't get my chat heads to work. I've got them turned on in the FBM app but they don't show up on my home screen. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, I don't seem to get notifications other than texts (using stock Google message app). Specifically Gmail and Blizzard Authenticator don't send notifications.

Check the notification settings for each cape and make sure they're properly set up. GMail was having server issues a couple days ago so that might be on their.end. For FB also check that the "Draw over other apps" permission isn't turned off. Last, check that Do Not Disturb isn't active.
