Feb. 2020 security patch

It's out. I'm trying to get it on my Pixel 2 XL but the "preparing update" screen is spinning and has been for 12 hours.

Downloaded on the 3rd, didn't get to update it until the 4th. No apparent changes. Some nice security fixes, though.
