Downloading the Security update now but must admit I don't understand why the "wipe cache partition" function is being removed from the Recovery Menu. I've used said function since purchasing the first carrier specific Samsung Galaxy phone (TMO Vabrant) back in the day. Hope this change doesn't cause issues down the road.

Is there a special way of doing this? I have searched and not coming up with play service on my AT$T locked S24U.

In settings go to security and privacy, updates, hit the Google play system update.
