Just noticed that it was available this morning but it might have been there since yesterday. Unlocked on Verizon.

Unlocked S20 on Verizon still on December security patch. Nothing for January and no February yet.

That was happening to me probably the same day you tried. It now checks quickly, but says I'm up to date. I have a locked S20U on Verizon.

I just got the update on an unlocked 20FE. Nicely done Samsung.
