Feedback on computer speakers

Hey guys, so I'm running a home office setup and ideally, want to keep my phone within arm's length. However, whenever the phone is near my setup, a feedback/static goes through my speakers. I can confirm it only happens when the phone is near the external speakers; the built-in computer speakers runs fine with the phone right beside it.

Is this a problem with the speakers, the computer or the phone's signal (network)? And is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I'm carrying a logitech speaker if anyone's curious.

It's interference caused by the phone's radio(s). Not much you can do except move your phone farther away.

My BlackBerry used to cause major intereference with my guitar amp. Had to shut my phone off during shows it was so bad. Haven't been around my amp with this phone yet, but it does the same thing with my pc speakers and my radio alarm clock, so I'm guessing it's the same with my amp. :\

GSM phone are notorious for causing intereference. This is the first I have heard of CDMA / LTE. Is when the phone goes for data? or all the time? What if you are on WiFi?

Personally, I've only noticed it when it's going for data via LTE.
