FHD or WQHD?

I noticed that I can switch the resolution of my S7E display from FHD to WQHD. Could you possibly elaborate what the specific differences are?

For example, will YT videos appear sharper and with higher picture quality? What about taking photos or surfing the Web? I switched to WQHD, but I can barely see any difference, hence why I am asking.

If you barely see any difference, then just switch to FHD. The idea is they look sharper because if the smaller pixel presentation. This only affects viewing on your phone. It won't affect picture quality.

I believe FHD also saves battery life as the device not having to work so hard to enhance the resolution of the device.
The ONLY time my device goes to WQHD is when im using the VR headset.

I personally use WQHD, because I noticed that in FHD text gets jagged edges in some apps like WhatsApp.

I never really saw better battery life in FHD, but I guess thats also dependent on how you use your phone.
