File management apps offered

The factory file management is extremely difficult to navigate. Ir needs to be more like Windows explorer and easier to rename, save, move... files. What does a real business user use to manage files?

I use a dual USB Stick. Micro USB and Std USB so I can transfer files to my PC.

If you like Windows, you can just plug the phone into your PC

ES File Explorer, I believe, does offer a more similar interface, but it comes with ads unless you pay for the premium version. There are quite a lot of apps in the Play Store that might suit your needs, just look at the screenshots.
