thanks

You're not seeing thumbnails?

Maybe clear app cache? Reboot?

I almost exclusively use ES File Explorer. It does indeed show images as thumbnails so you may want to give that a shot

I don't really like the new format but its working fine for me. May have to uninstall and redownload.

it works when opening a folder that has pictures in it but when I open a folder that has another folder in it then open that folder to look at the thumbnails, i get an "activity not found" message, the files are there, as it shows a thumbnail icon, it just does not read them. I will try to uninstall, see what happens.

Well, reinstalling did not correct the issue, i did a help request to Astro, hopefully they respond soon.

Thanks for the recommendation, just downloaded it and it works great, currently its faster then the new Astro, at least on my phone, this gives me a great option.

Yes, thanks for the referral. I didn't care much for the Astro update. Uninstalled Astro in favor of ES File Explorer.

I will most likely be doing the same, I have not had time yet to play with ES yet.

My needs are simple when it comes to file managers on a phone. ES has a familiar layout (reminds me of Windows Explorer), and I really hope ES keeps it that way!

I'm glad dplane spoke up. :)
