File upload issue (firefox)

I am an avid forum user(mainly Vbulletin) and also use firefox and I don't use the tapatalk app.

So before when I would upload (mainly photo's) there was always the option for uploading from gallery.

Now it only gives the option for camcorder,take photo and documents..

I have haven't added any new apps or anything. I am at a loss and fully frustrated now so any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I will assume nobody else has this issue.. So anybody know how to change the upload options with either the phone or firefox?
