files download in notifcations glich

I have a HTC m8 Harmon kardon edition. The problem I'm having is in the notification bar it shows 5 "applications updates 1/1 (queued) and I can't clear them and it doesn't say what app is updating. Nothing shows that it's updating in the play store and I turned the automatic updates off and restarted the phone within a few minutes of turning it on they pop up. Any help would be appreciated.

Clear the Play Store cache and the Play Services cache and try again.
