Files missing?

Hi all,
Recently my phone screen went, and I had done a backup before it was impossible, which I have put on my new phone.

However, there is a folder in particular that doesn't seem to have backed up, although I had put the phone to back up everything.

This was a hidden folder, but even with showing hidden folders and checking via pc, I can't seem to find it.

I still have the old phone but with the screen not working completely, I can't unlock it.

Sorry, started a new job and haven't been active.

It was hidden in Samsung, I had used one of the gallery apps which I don't even think is in the playstore anymore to hide it. I had 5 hidden folders, and it's literally the only one that's disappeared.

I had found an old backup on One Drive, that I actually didn't put to backup, which is lucky, but only has up until last November.

No problem, if its a 3rd party app im not sure
