Can't see too much. About as envisioned for me, but with the Search bar at the bottom. In one way that is good - you don't to reach for it one handed it you use it a lot.

I seem to remember it can be moved but I can't remember if it can be done without a Launcher

Looks decent. I know I don't need one, but I feel like I'll end up grabbing one. It'll be a nice phone for backup and just to play with the new versions of Android. Lord knows, by time Samsung updates me to Oreo on my S8+ that the S9 will be out.

Yeah, backup. I prefer Samsung's software as far as features go. I didn't realize how much I used them until my S8 broke and I was stuck using my Moto Z until the replacement came in. This will replace the Moto Z for me. Won't be a daily driver though.

It looks like they did take into account the Bezels due to last year and the complaints they got from that.

Same here. I was hoping for square screen corners after seeing one of the screen protector leaks.

I'm torn on this one. The design is kinda plain for 2017. At the expected 2 XL price point I was expecting a bit more.

That is more side bezel than I expected.

The bezels look fine to me. Dual front speakers to take a little room. Still way better than this years Pixel regarding bezels. And most importantly, I don't care at all about bezels anyway

Interesting. The bezels on the screen protector “leaks” look a tad bit smaller. That’s the bezel size I was hoping for. And the top front facing camera doesn’t exactly match up. I don’t know which to believe!
