My personal opinion is that the screen is too small compared to my g4. I sacrificed 2 tenths screen size moving from the note 3 to the g4. (happy I did).
But the g5 screen downsize is the straw that broke the camels back.
Still happy with my g4. Will wait for the new version of the v10. Or?

I love my G5, but I did switch from a 2-year-old Galaxy S5. Your G4 is relatively new, so maybe just wait for the next generation of the G5 or V10.

I'm in the same boat. The G5 has got to be the single most disappointing phone. I've only ever owned LG smart phones and it wouldn't surprise me of the G4 is my last.

And I don't get the big fuss over metal phones. There was nothing awe inspiring about the G5's metal body. What I couldn't stand the most about it, though, was that huge too bezel. It was as though they were going to give it a second screen like the V10, but then changed their mind without changing the design any. It's terrible.

I went from G4 to G5. I've loved the transition. Form factor is great. The screen is smaller, and I notice more than I thought I would. I find it agreeable though. It's a better fit for my hand at least and the screen is excellent. Also, it's so freaking fast.

I agree. I also went from a G4 to a G5 and I am loving it too. It is silky smooth. I'm not missing the G4.
