find my device for remote management

I understand that "find my device" can be used by Samsung for remotely managing and making changes to a phone. Has anyone allowed Samsung to assist them using find my device?

I would like to know what information had to be provided to allow access to your phone and what issue you had.

Go to a web browser type find my Samsung device > log in with same Samsung log in on the phone and see all the options . No need Samsung to assist, and could of answered this in your other thread you have on find my device
