Find My Mobile is a Sumsung app and I have followed all directions and can not get it to work, any tricks? Yes, Find android does work...??

yes, I said Android Device Manager DOES work......... but just seems strange that a Sumsung phone does not wotk with a Sumsung app....... Thot I might be missing something.
