I am new to the whole smart phone thing. I just upgraded from a very basic flip phone that I have had for YEARS. I downloaded, through the Play Music app (I think that is what it is called), the new We As Human CD. It downloaded with no problem. The so called problem that I am having is that when I try to find the cd to listen to it, I must access it through the Play Music app. My question(s) is, is there an easier way to access music file? How? Also, I forgot that about a yr ago I downloaded a song through google. I can't seem to find it though. Is there a way to access music by going through a "Music" folder like you would do on an iPod Touch/iPhone?How?

Thanks for the help in advance

Honestly, I'm not sure. All, I know is it is the GS4. Didn't realize there were different types. How do I know which one I have. All I can tell you about my phone is it 16gb and has a 5" screen.

Does your phone have three physical buttons along the bottom or just a single button in the middle? If it has three buttons then it is the S4 Active. If it has a single button then it is the normal S4. Doesn't really matter which phone you have to answer the question, but you want to make sure that you are in the right forum for future reference to make sure that you get the help you need.

It sounds as if you have purchased the music on the Play Music store but you haven't downloaded it to your phone. If you don't sync the music to your phone you can only listen to the songs through the Play Music app via streaming either wi-fi or your data plan.

Click on the attached link to see how to sync your music that you have purchased through the Play Music app to your phone so you can play the music offline without using any data. You will most likely want to make sure that when you sync your music you are on wi-fi so you aren't using data to download the music.
