Finding notification by sound

I have a notification sound in my HTC One M7 every now and then. This sound comes with no notification - so I can't relate it to anything on my phone.
I tried to clean partition cache but the phenomenon keeps returning.
I wonder if there's a way to "reverse analyze" what is the notification according to the sound.
I know how this particular sounds called - Dahlia.
Any ideas?

Could the sound be coming from when you lose signal on the phone or something like that?

I doubt it. would it be this reason where do I find this sound?
