What do you mean by fingerprint app? If you're simply talking about unlocking your phone with a fingerprint, that functionality is built into the OS (as long as your phone has the necessary hardware). You'll find the relevant settings in Settings->Security (or something like that - it's hard to say for sure since you didn't mention which phone you're using).
