My boyfriend just got the Samsung Galaxy S5. He decided to try out the finger print scanner and also added an alternative password. Now in my opinion, I would not recommend using this unless you can remember your alternative password.
Well...he forgot his alternative password (he created one when he was messing around with it at the At&T store). He tried to access the finger print manager by just this thumb print and..............it fails to register.
He has tried every single password he knows and the only option I know he can only do is a factory reset.
Is there any other options for him to access the manager to delete his finger print?
