Is there an app I can use to lock other apps with my fingerprint

It will depend on the app developer. That's something they have to enable within their app. At the moment I only have one app that utilizes the fingerprint reader, Lasspass password manager. Hopefully now that the fingerprint technology is imbedded in Android 6.0 more devs will incorperate it into their apps.

I think they updated it very recently to include the support

Have to wait for the app developers to update the banking/shopping apps.
