Fingerprint not recognized

Is it possible to reset the fingerprint? I don't think I did it correctly and now it is not recognizing me. thanks

Yes, I had to reset mine when my Fingerprint was not getting recognized. in fact, the whole phone was spazzing out. I was afraid I'd have to get a new one. Anyway, I had to reset my fingerprint password and now it works fine.

My fingerprint reader has been very wonky on this phone. It will all of a sudden stop recognizing my fingerprint. I'll redo it and it will work fine for a while, then it stops recognizing it again.

I have found that if my hand is washed and skin is super dry it has trouble. So, I added a fingerprint with super clean, dry skin. So far so good! Our hands can get oily quickly and I think the first print wasn't as "dry" as my hands sometimes get.

Under the fingerprint section in settings, hit "More" top right, choose "Edit", check box, choose "Remove". Then add new print. Easy.

Try ti register the same fingerprint more than once for better accuracy. Hope it works
