Oh wow. That sucks... Hopefully they will add it... That's a nice feature and the fps swipe to open and close notification panel also works on my note 8

Used to strongly prefer back FPS but after using for a while I don't mind it on the front with gestures enabled.

I just saw the P10/Plus for the first time today. and played around with it and saw the FPS on the front. it's nothing too bad. you will get used to it but I still love the back fps

I have a smartwatches always paired to my phone, so having a fps on the back while the phone is lying on a table isn't that big of a deal to me. I prefer to have it on the back actually. But I'm coming from being a long time LG user.

The fps on the back is more aesthetic than the front

Agreed! Plus I love that I don't have to press a button/fps for it to read and wake the device!

I do hate how they would make the back fingerprint scanner as the home button to wake up/put to sleep the device too. I like the button on the side for that

I did get used to it as time went on on my V10. It just wasn't as fast an action as I would like. I still miss trouble tap to wake and sleep.

I'm not in the US. I'm in Asia.... Lol. The only thing preventing me from trying out a Sony is that I'm getting Samsung flagships at half price from my carrier. They're not offering Sony flagships, and well, going a year and a half without an S Pen, I want one back. Lol.

Sony is quite expensive. Even their mid range phones are expensive.
