Fingerprint Sensor Dead

Anyone else have issues with the Fingerprint Sensor after the update? Mine just went to talk unresponsive . I know it's not a hardware issue because I'm able to save new fingerprints just fine. Just not able to unlock the phone with the sensor.

Have you done a factory reset? Many issues can be resolved especially when doing such a major update.

Yes I did tonight. Still no resolve, guess I'll try to get a replacement from ZTE.

By doing a factory reset will it erase everything on your phone? Pics, apps etc?

Yes it will...so do a backup first.
