I'm having trouble. My fingers and sensor are clean. The dang thing takes way more effort than I have patience for to recognize my fingers. I keep getting a clean your sensor error. Anyone else?

Pretty sure it was the fact that I'm using a case and the sensor is not getting a flush read on my print. Took the case off and viola. Put the case back on in case I get clumsy and try to get my finger more parallel to the fingerprint reader.
