fingerprint to unlock

I have the at$t version of Note 5. This past weekend, I changed the smart launcher3 theme and change the phone font to something darker. Since then to unlock the phone it has been either using the fingerprint or type the pin number. Never know which it will be when picking up the phone. It should be just be the fingerprint scan to unlock the phone. How do I fix this?

When the device is switched on or rebooted it willl ask for the PIN rather than the print. The only other times it should ask for the PIN is if it's senses a few failed print unlock attempts....probably whilst in your pocket.

I know what it should...that is not what is happening and that is why I am asking for help. Up until this past weekend, every time I picked up the phone, all I needed was my fingerprint. Now all of the sudden, it is either/or, don’t know what it is going to ask for. I want to go back to what it was.
