I got the sm-n910g note 4 i will like to know if i change my firmware to a different stock Firmware on odin will i lose my data

What's the best way to backup my games data

my note 4 is not rooted

Welcome to the forums. When you flash a new ROM, it is like a reset. I always operate under the assumption that any data you have will be lost.

Also only a few Note 4's running Lollipop can be rooted right now.
