firmware issue

Hello there,
I have a rooted galaxy s3 LTE, GT-I9305, and a couple of days ago I was trying to downgrade it from JB 4.1.2 to 4.1.1. Everything went good with Odin but at end my phone print "firmware upgrade encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in Kies and try again".

My phone stills is able to go in the download mode but nothing else. Please can someone help me solve this problem I will be very very grateful. I am new to this staffs and I don't now how to proceed.

i followed every step in this website How to Flash Official Firmware for Samsung Galaxy [Odin] - W0lfDroid
, and now it is stack to the message firmware upgrade encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in Kies and try again.

i have tried to recover via Kies but Kies didn't recognise my device.

Two questions: What firmware file did you download and try to install? Are you sure it was the right version for your phone?

Can you boot into recovery (power the phone completely off, then press and hold volume UP, home and power at the same time. As soon as you see the Samsung logo, release all three buttons)? If so, what do you see when it's in recovery mode?
