No problem, go to settings >apps> tap the 3 dots upper right corner >scroll to system apps and look for software update app should be 2 of them next to each other , want you tap each of them clear data, cache, force stop and try to update afterwards.

What's different about this update?

It's still the same. It won't install ..... it just freezes when its installing the system update after it has downloaded, and says "error", then it shows "failed to update firmware. Visit Samsung service center"

Oh wow....then 2 options flash through Odin or do a factory reset and see if that works.
Make sure your on good wifi also.

You would need to go sammobile to download your firmware and the tool Odin 3.13.1 , watch a couple YouTube videos to get familiar
