Can use uk version for usa. But cannot go back to android if u don't like it

I downloaded the UK version in the US and it works fine so far. The watch seems so be a little snappier and the customization options if the home screen are pretty nice.

BRICKED!!

I used the UK site to upgrade, then upgraded Gear Manager on my Note3. It worked fine until battery died. Now a brick... No recognition in Kies3, no power on.

That's odd. Media controller works on my gear which is on nf1.

Just upgraded to the Tizen NF1 build after finding out that Gear Manager was hiding Android apps I'd sideloaded (not sure if it's been doing that for a while or whether it had something to do with upgrading to the Note 4). I wish I'd done this earlier -- so much more flexibility and so many more apps! I have no problem using Media Controller -- works just as before.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'll give it a shot. Today I got a firmware update from Samsung. After downloading, my Gear manager no longer shows a search for apps option, no longer has reviews, and no longer shows purchased apps under the Samsung Gear Apps. I have been on the phone to Samsung, but they are clueless. Has anyone else encountered this? I am guessing that there will be a lot of unhappy people til they get this fixed.
