Firmware update releasing shortly - HSPA?...dunno yet

I got an email from Motorola just now that the update will be available soon over the air. The update might start rolling out today, but may not be available immediately to all beta testers.
I have not yet checked for an available update since I am not connected to Wi-fi, but hopefully the new update (no details known yet) will resolve some issues that the users are currently facing.

Please let us all be a little cognizant about Motorola's policy of not divulging the "important details" about this update until it is released publicly.

Well I'm a little upset that I didn't receive the e-mail. I did get the previous email, but nothing since. Maybe I didn't make the cut this time.

Just got my email too! Last time they sent the email the update came a few hours later. I just checked to see if the update was live and nothing yet so just a few hours!! So I'm hoping I get this before I leave work today! PLEASE ENABLE HSPA+!!!!

Yup - I also got the email this morning.

hey guys maybe its gingerbread?!?!?! that would be really great to get it and if it comes with hspa that'd be just awesome... ohh well i am just a dreamer things like that happen only in fairytales..... hahaha

Just downloaded the 4.1.83 update. It is about 29MB. Hope to see lots of things "fixed".
