Firmware updates to the S10's end of April?

How did it go? Did you have to send it in. My phone just keeps wanting to Sprint Activation not completed all the time. Driving me bonkers

We took our phones to Best Buy they did the re-flash. but we did it to get rid of all the best Sprint software on our phones cuz we had switched from Verizon we have great signal now it's so much better than Sprint where I live. We have unlocked phones and we had gotten the April 16th Sprint update then it went away and we were back to March just like the phone was when we first got it. Now we just got the April update that all the unlocked phones just got.

but I told somebody else on Sprint you can try to reflash and start over we just backed her stuff up to the Samsung cloud and it came right back

We're on Verizon now unlocked we did have Sprint but my husband's phone has always been worse than mine and he still having problems where I had LTE with a couple bars last night his phone said 1X. And now we're wondering if it's hardware cuz today neither one of us had signal it said no network connection on a main busy road where we should have had signal and we both had to do the airplane mode and back on and I had to reboot my phone. Something's still not 100% right even though our signals better than it was with Sprint.

Does anyone know like on Sprint we would update our PRL and profile if we didn't have good signal is there something you can do with Verizon phones?

We're new to Verizon but I believe I have WiFi calling and I know VOLTE is on I can do data and talk.
