First Android Wear Watch (Help)

Just bought my first Android Wear Watch which was a new LG G watch. I know its an older watch but got it for $50. My question is...I downloaded a watch face/weather app to my phone but it doesn't show up on my watch. Says it will work for the LG G watch. How do I get it to the watch? Thanks

Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes before it gets synced to the watch. If it still doesn't show up after 5-10 minutes, try rebooting the watch and/or the phone.

Also, make sure the app in question is intended for Android Wear. There are homescreen widgets in the Google Play Store that look like watchfaces and might seem like they're for Android Wear, but they're really only for the phone's homescreen.

I downloaded the Wear Mini Launcher and it still hasn't synced in 15 mins.

Wear mini launcher hasn't worked for me either. Even after reboot.

Have you all checked to make sure your watches' firmware are up to date, and that your phone's Android Wear apps are also up to date?

Just after posting I checked the app store. New update for mini launcher fixed sync issue lol
